Harris County was hard at work responding to the winter storm! Judge Lina Hidalgo thanks all of the first responders, the precincts, the emergency management officials, the community partners and the volunteers who helped Harris County keep the community safe during the freeze last weekend. Responding to the storm was a joint effort that took everyone working together.
