It’s rodeo season, Harris County! Judge Hidalgo celebrated the annual ‘Hat Toss Day’ to symbolically welcome the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (HLSR) to Harris County’s NRG Stadium this month.

The rodeo is Harris County’s largest event and such a celebrated part of our community. Last year, an all-time record-breaking 2.7M visitors attended the rodeo. In past years, HLSR generated more than $326M in economic impact for Harris County, and helped secure more than $30M in scholarships for students. We’re proud to welcome HLSR back to NRG for another great year!
