HOUSTON –  Mayor John Whitmire will provide an update on the City’s preparation for forecasted freezing temperatures in Houston beginning late Saturday or early Sunday morning. The mayor will be joined at the news conference by public safety chiefs, infrastructure leaders, health officials and agency partners.
