| Houston police are releasing surveillance photo of a suspect’s vehicle in the fatal shooting of a man at 10500 Bauman Road about 11:15 a.m. on Sunday (March 15).
The vehicle is believed to be a gray 2007 – 2012 Nissan Altima with a dent around the back right wheel frame. A photo of the vehicle is attached to this news release.
The identity of the victim, 24, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Montalvo and Detective D. Higgs reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds in the street. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Investigators learned the victim was walking northbound on Bauman Road when someone in the vehicle pictured below got out and fired multiple times, striking the victim. The suspect fled the scene.
