| Houston police are releasing surveillance video in the fatal shooting of a man and wounding of another that occurred at 10219 Rolleston Lane at about 8:15 p.m. on April 23, 2025.
The suspects are described as two males wearing hoodies and masks and driving a white Mercedes Benz. Surveillance video of the fatal shooting is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Daylan Walker, 26. The second male victim, 26, was transported to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Dunn and Detective L. Brooks reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a residence at the above address and found an unresponsive male inside the garage. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Officers then located a second male suffering from at least one gunshot wound inside the residence. Paramedics transported him to an area hospital.
Detectives learned a white Mercedes Benz sedan arrived at the residence, two unknown suspects got out of the vehicle and approached the open garage. The suspects fired shots into the garage, striking both victims. The suspects then ran back to the vehicle and fled the scene.
