| Charges have been filed against a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man at 4640 Sunflower Street about 9:25 p.m. on Monday (November 10).
The suspect, Roxanne Albert, 60, is charged with murder in the 182nd Criminal District Court. A booking photo of Albert is attached to the news release.
The victim is identified as Brenton Griffin, 34.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives E. Camacho and A. Hernandez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and located a male suffering from a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the male to an area hospital where doctors pronounced him deceased.
Further investigation identified Roxanne Albert as the suspect. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was consulted and the suspect was subsequently charged for her role in the shooting.
