Leesburg Man Faces Charges in Unlawful Filming Investigation

Leesburg, VA – Pursuant to an investigation, Lester Galves Reyes, 20, of Leesburg, has been charged with one count of attempted unlawful creation of an image of another and one count of disorderly conduct. Galves Reyes was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $3,000 unsecured bond.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 11, 2022 at shortly before 3:30 PM, at Ida Lee Recreation Center (60 Ida Lee Drive NW) in which the Leesburg Police Department received a report of a male subject filming an adult female under a shower divider. Leesburg Police Officers responded and detained Galves Reyes without further incident.

The incident remains under investigation by the Leesburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Section.
