Leesburg Police Conclude Investigation into Allegation of Assault at Loudoun County High School

UPDATE:

Leesburg, VA (February 3, 2022) – On Friday, January 28, 2022, the Leesburg Police Department’s School Resource Officer assigned to Loudoun County High School was notified by school staff of an allegation of an assault involving two students that occurred that day at the high school. The allegation was investigated by the Leesburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Section in coordination with Loudoun County Public Schools. At the conclusion of the investigation, the facts surrounding the alleged assault were turned over to the Office of the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney. Upon review, the Office of the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney recommended that no charges be placed.
