Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame Invites Media to Be Part of Boxing History During 14th Annual Induction Gala Weekend

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – – The Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame (NVBHOF) is inviting media outlets from around the world to help celebrate and preserve boxing history during its 14th Annual Induction Gala Weekend, taking place August 14–15, 2026, at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

More than an awards ceremony, the weekend is a celebration of the champions, trailblazers, and contributors who built boxing into the global sport it is today. Fans and media alike will have the rare opportunity to engage with legendary fighters, attend exclusive events, and witness the induction of the Classes of 2025 and 2026, featuring icons such as Antonio Tarver, Mikey Garcia, Jorge Maromero Páez, Laura Serrano, Jessie Vargas, Gennadiy «GGG» Golovkin, Marcos El Chino Maidana, Gerry Cooney, and many more, while honoring the late Ricky Hatton.

The weekend will include a Meet & Greet Fan Experience, Legends Bowl Celebrity Bowling Tournament, Amateur Boxing Tournament, and culminate with the prestigious Induction Gala Ceremony & Dinner on Saturday evening.

A Partnership with Media to Preserve Boxing’s Legacy

The Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame is seeking media partners who want to do more than cover the event, they want to help tell the stories that deserve to be remembered.

Credentialed media will be reserved for outlets that actively support the weekend by helping promote the event beforehand through interviews with inductees, feature stories, podcasts, television segments, digital content, or event promotion leading up to Induction Weekend.

«This weekend belongs to the fans, the fighters, and the storytellers who keep boxing’s history alive,» said NVBHOF President Michelle Corrales-Lewis. «We’re looking for media partners who share our passion for preserving the legacy of the sport and introducing these incredible stories to a new generation.»

The Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame remains committed to honoring those who have shaped boxing while inspiring the future of the sport through education, community engagement, and the preservation of its rich history.
