Public Encouraged to Vote for Favorite Snow Plow Design

Leesburg, VA (October 26, 2022) – The Leesburg Commission on Public Art (COPA) and Friends of Leesburg Public Arts (FOLPA) wants to know which snow plow design is your favorite.

In May, local schools were invited to be a part of the Town of Leesburg’s “Paint the Plow” art project. This year’s theme is “Weather”. Submissions were received from Catoctin and Evergreen Mill elementary schools.

Members of the public are invited to vote for their favorite design now through midnight on October 31. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, November 1. To vote, visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/57HK5SW.

The school that receives the most votes will win $500 for their school program. The second place winner will receive $100.
