Surveillance Photos Released in Shooting at 9275 Richmond Avenue Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in the shooting of a male that occurred at 9275 Richmond Avenue about 5 a.m. on April 1. The suspect is described only as a black male, wearing all black and carrying a black backpack. Surveillance photos of the suspect are are attached to this news release. The male victim, 24, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective J. De La Torre reported: Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a convenience store at the above address and found the male victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital. Further investigation determined the male was driving away from the convenience store and, before he was able to exit the parking lot, he was shot by the unknown suspect. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in the shooting of a male that occurred at 9275 Richmond Avenue about 5 a.m. on April 1.
