A black Chrysler 300 and a black Toyota Camry were parked on the right shoulder of the freeway near the above address.  The driver of the Chrysler was standing outside his vehicle, filling it with gas.  A Toyota Tundra pickup truck, traveling westbound on the freeway struck the male.  The impact pushed the male forward and caused him to strike the rear of the Camry parked in front of the Chrysler 300. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Tundra, later identified as Juarez, was determined to be impaired and was arrested at the scene.  He was subsequently charged for his role in the crash.  The driver of the Camry was not injured.
