HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found multiple individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced two men, later identified as Mr. Faultry and Mr. Stuard, deceased at the scene. A third man, Mr. Jackson, was transported to an area hospital where doctors later pronounced him deceased.
Seven other men, ages 49, 45, 43, 30, 25, 22 and 24 and one woman, 43, suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals either by paramedics or by private vehicles. All are expected to survive their injuries.
Investigators learned a large group of people was attending a block party when a vehicle approached and occupants fired shots toward the crowd. The vehicle, with at least three unknown suspects inside, fled the scene.
Multiple people attending the party also fled the scene.
Further investigation led to the identities of the suspects as Noel, Willis and Reynolds. On Tuesday (Oct. 8), each was charged for his role in the shooting.
It was determined all three suspects were already in custody. Noel is in the Harris County Jail on an unrelated charge, while Willis and Reynolds are in jail in Los Angeles, California, on unrelated charges.
