Student Charged in School Assault Investigation

Leesburg, VA – Pardeep Bagri, 18, of Leesburg has been charged with one count of malicious wounding. Bagri is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

The charge stems from a report to the Leesburg Police Department School Resource Officer assigned to Heritage High School of an altercation between two students in the school’s cafeteria that occurred on November 9, 2022. Pursuant to the report, the Leesburg Police Department in conjunction with Loudoun County Public Schools initiated an investigation into the incident. The Leesburg Police Department investigation revealed that the teenaged juvenile victim suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries to their upper body.

The case now pends adjudication in the Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
